Meet Erin
Naturopath & Medical Herbalist
Helping you reconnect with your health—naturally.
I’m Erin Wilson, a naturopath and medical herbalist based in Auckland. I work with people who are feeling depleted, out of balance, or unsure where to turn next with their health. My approach is practical and personalised, combining herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support to help make sense of what’s going on and support the body gently and effectively. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, hormonal shifts, stress, or digestive issues, my focus is on creating plans that feel realistic and fit into your world.
A Bit About Me
Alongside my naturopathy practice, I’ve spent over 20 years serving in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. That experience gave me a strong foundation in structure, leadership, and showing up when it matters — but it also showed me the toll that long-term stress can take on the body. Through my own experiences with things like hormonal changes, endometriosis, and fatigue, I came to realise there had to be a more holistic way to support people — one that looked at the whole picture.
How I Work
I use a combination of herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support, alongside functional testing when appropriate. My focus is on understanding what’s going on beneath the surface and creating plans that meet people where they’re at. Each consultation is a chance to explore your story, identify contributing factors, and take practical steps forward — at your own pace.
Naturopathy combines modern science with traditional wisdom to support your body’s natural healing ability. It takes a whole-person approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand what’s really going on.
In my practice, I use evidence-informed care, including:
Herbal medicine
Nutritional therapy
Lifestyle guidance
Functional testing (when needed)
My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

FAQs
-
TThe number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Most people start with an initial consultation followed by two or more follow-ups over the first few months. If your health concerns are more complex or long-term, we may need more regular support at the beginning.
Once you're feeling better, I usually recommend a check-in every 4–6 months to keep things on track and prevent setbacks.
-
While I love meeting clients in person, I understand that’s not always possible. If you're outside of Auckland or simply prefer the convenience, virtual consultations are always available.
-
In your initial consultation, we take the time to explore your full health story, including your symptoms, medical history, family background, and lifestyle. We’ll also talk about your goals and any underlying factors that might be affecting your health.
After the session, I create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. We’ll go through it together and set realistic, achievable steps to move forward.
In follow-up appointments, we check in on your progress, celebrate what’s working, and adjust anything that’s not. The aim is to give you the tools, confidence, and support to take charge of your health, at a pace that feels right for you.
