Meet Erin
The person behind the practice
Naturopath & Medical Herbalist • Author • Facilitator • Reiki Practitioner
Kia ora,
I’m Erin, a naturopath and medical herbalist based in Auckland. I work with people who are feeling depleted, out of balance, or unsure where to turn next with their health.
My approach is practical and personalised. I combine herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support to help make sense of what’s going on in your body and support it gently and effectively. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, hormonal shifts, stress, or digestive concerns, my focus is on creating plans that feel realistic and fit into your world.
Alongside my naturopathy practice, I spent over 20 years serving in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. That experience gave me a strong foundation in structure, leadership, and showing up when it matters. It also showed me firsthand the toll that long term stress can take on the body.
Through my own experiences with hormonal changes, endometriosis, and fatigue, I came to realise there had to be a more holistic way to support people, one that looks at the whole picture rather than just individual symptoms.
A bit about me
I use a combination of herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support, alongside functional testing when appropriate. My focus is on understanding what’s going on beneath the surface and creating plans that meet you where you’re at.
Each consultation is a chance to explore your story, identify contributing factors, and take practical steps forward at a pace that feels right for you.
How I work
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also an author, educator, and Reiki practitioner. These different roles reflect the same intention to support wellbeing in ways that are accessible, empowering, and supportive.
I’m the author of Kōwhai & Bloom, a resource created to support carers and young people through the early stages of puberty, with warmth, clarity, and reassurance. Education is an important part of my work, whether that’s through workshops, written resources, or one on one conversations that help people better understand their bodies and health.
For those who are drawn to it, Reiki offers a gentle, restorative layer of support, particularly during times of stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue. This work is always optional and offered as part of a holistic, client led approach.
