Personalised naturopathic support for hormones, stress, digestion and energy
About me
Kia ora,
I’m Erin, a naturopath and medical herbalist based in Auckland. I support people who are feeling depleted, out of balance, or unsure where to turn next with their health.
My approach is practical and personalised, combining herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support to help make sense of what’s going on in your body and support it gently.
Whether you’re navigating fatigue, hormonal shifts, stress, or digestive concerns, the focus is on creating plans that feel realistic and fit into your world.
Before becoming a naturopath, I spent over 20 years in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. That experience shaped how I work today, with a practical, grounded approach and a deep understanding of how long term stress affects the body.
My own journey through hormonal changes, endometriosis, and fatigue reinforced the need for a more holistic approach to health, one that looks beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture.
My background
How I work
I use a combination of herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support, alongside functional testing when appropriate. The aim is to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and create a plan that meets you where you’re at.
Each consultation is a chance to explore your story, identify contributing factors, and take practical steps forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Beyond the clinic
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also an author, educator, and Reiki practitioner. These different roles all come back to the same intention, supporting wellbeing in ways that feel accessible, practical, and empowering.
I’m the author of Kōwhai & Bloom, a resource created to support carers and young people through the early stages of puberty with warmth, clarity, and reassurance. Education is an important part of what I do, whether that’s through workshops, written resources, or one on one conversations that help people better understand their bodies and health.
For those who are drawn to it, Reiki can offer a gentle, restorative layer of support, especially during times of stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue. It’s always optional and offered as part of a holistic, client led approach.
