By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service or product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
General
Scope of care
Naturopathic consultations are intended to support general wellbeing. They do not replace care provided by your GP or medical specialist. Information shared during consultations is based on current evidence, traditional use, and clinical experience.
Working alongside medical care
The services offered are designed to work alongside conventional healthcare. They are not intended to diagnose medical conditions or replace medical treatment.
Personal responsibility
You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for seeking medical care when required. It is important that you disclose relevant health information, medications, and changes in your health status.
Naturopathic services
Booking consultations
Consultations must be booked in advance and are reserved specifically for you. Please ensure the consultation type selected is appropriate for your needs. Appointments are held for the full duration of the booking time.
Cancelling consultations
If you need to cancel your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of $50 to cover clinic costs.
Changing appointments
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
If unforeseen circumstances arise and Erin Wilson Natural Health is unable to proceed with your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Bookings, cancellations and changes
Payments
Payment is required prior to or at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.
Supplements and products
Any supplements or products recommended are optional. You are under no obligation to purchase products through Erin Wilson Natural Health. Once products have been dispensed, they cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Virtual consultations
Virtual consultations are offered where appropriate. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable environment and a stable internet connection.
Sauna and wellness services
Sauna and wellness services are used at your own discretion. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions and follow all guidance provided. If you are unsure whether a service is suitable for you, please make contact prior to booking.
Workshops and educational resources
Workshops, courses, and written resources are educational in nature and are not a substitute for personalised health advice.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
