Close-up of wooden slats and panels, likely part of a sauna or wooden interior decor.

A quiet space to warm up, slow down, and breathe.

This is a private infrared sauna offered in a calm home clinic setting.
It’s not a spa. There’s no rush here. Just warmth, space, and time to let your body settle.

Some people come because they feel tight, run down, or wired but tired.
Others come simply because they need stillness.

All of that is welcome here.

Private Infrared Sauna

A note on saunas

Infrared saunas provide gentle, deep warmth that heats the body directly rather than warming the air around you.

Many people find this style of heat more comfortable and easier to tolerate. Sauna is often used to support relaxation, circulation, muscle tension, sleep, and general fatigue.

It can sit alongside naturopathic care, but it doesn’t have to. You’re welcome to use sauna as a standalone offering.

Is it right for you

Sauna isn’t suitable for everyone, and that’s okay.

If you’re pregnant, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether sauna use is appropriate for you, please get in touch first. I’m happy to talk it through and make sure it feels like the right fit.

Your safety always comes first.

What a session looks like

Your session is completely private.

You’ll ease into the sauna at your own pace. Heat time varies depending on how you’re feeling on the day.

Afterwards, there’s time to cool down, shower, and rehydrate.
Nothing is rushed. You don’t need to push through or perform.

This is your time.

Booking

Sauna sessions are currently offered by enquiry.

This isn’t an open, click-to-book service. That’s intentional. I want to make sure sauna use is safe, supportive, and aligned with where you’re at.

If you’re curious, or would like to book, head to the contact page and send me a message.
You don’t need to be an existing client.
